If, for any reason, Microbecide™ Silver Ion Complex does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return any unopened, sealed products in their original packaging for a 100% refund of the purchase price.

Just contact us, include your Order Number for the products you wish to return, and we will immediately issue you return shipping information and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please be aware that all delivery/shipping costs are not refundable and refunds are not allowed for products that have the cap seal broken.
